The client planned to use a billboard campaign and summer traffic to measure local demand before finalizing the facility. A billboard could create awareness, but it could not explain the proposed concept in detail or capture the types, sizes, timing, price expectations, and features potential customers wanted.
The website therefore needed to function as a market-validation tool rather than a conventional storage-rental site. It had to present the proposed facility clearly, connect the planned billboard to a structured registration process, and make it unmistakable that registering interest was not a booking, reservation, or guarantee of availability.
The project combined a focused public website, conversational survey, campaign tracking requirements, a print-ready QR code for the planned billboard, managed hosting, and a documented deployment process for future changes.
The public website is a focused two-page campaign experience. The overview page introduces the proposed covered-storage concept, explains the family-operated business background, presents concept imagery and an architectural rendering, outlines the general planned location, and describes the features being evaluated.
Calls to action lead visitors into a dedicated registration page. The survey experience is structured one question at a time and is designed to gather contact details, property type, storage requirements, timing, dimensions, price tolerance, feature preferences, and priority-access interest.
Qualification language appears throughout the experience. Visitors are told that the project is proposed, that features remain subject to demand and project requirements, and that registration creates no reservation or obligation. This keeps the campaign useful to the client without overstating what has been finalized.
The survey was planned as a market-research system, not a basic contact form. Its question set helps the client understand which storage types and stall sizes are most relevant, when potential customers may need space, what price range they expect, and which facility features matter most.
