This page explains how cancellation requests are handled for hosting, maintenance, domain renewals, and website subscription services provided by ALPHA+V3.
This information applies solely to services provided by the web division of ALPHA, including shared and unshared hosting services, website maintenance agreements, domain renewals, and website subscriptions.
Your notice of cancellation becomes effective on the date the request is submitted. We require at least 30 days notice to cancel service, although you may request a termination date further in the future.
If the requested termination date extends beyond what has already been invoiced, the remaining amount will still be billed through that date.
By requesting termination of services with ALPHA+V3, you understand that data, content, and services may be removed from our network, servers, and storage on or after the requested termination date. We are not obligated to maintain backups of that data after service termination.
You also remain responsible for any outstanding balance, and for any service costs that extend beyond the current billing period or exceed what has already been invoiced.

You will receive an email receipt for the request. If the email does not come from an address associated with the account, we may request confirmation from the contact on file before acting on the cancellation.
If you do not receive the automatic email receipt within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. Personal confirmation from our support team is generally sent within 3 business hours.
